Innovative University - Innovative Teacher

STATUS: COMPLETED

Project „Innovative University - Innovative Teacher” aimed at improving competences of academic teachers. The main beneficiary of the project was the academic staff of Wrocław University of Science and Technology. Project implementation was focused on training activities aimed at the development of teaching skills.
The training programmes developed under the project covered subjects related to innovative didactic skills, IT skills, teaching in a foreign language and information management. The trainings were conducted by scientific and didactic units of Wrocław University of Science and Technology, as well as by national and foreign external institutions.

The project was carried out by:
  • Department of Humanities and Social Sciences
  • The Department of Foreign Languages
  • Wroclaw Centre for Networking and Supercomputing
  • E-learning office.

WCSS was responsible for carrying out the following trainings:

Information management
  • Security of data storage and sharing
  • Data processing on computing resources
IT skills
  • Good practices in programming
  • New parallel programming techniques
  • Science IT infrastructure for education
  • Digital certificates and electronic signature in teacher practice
  • Group work services.

Project start date: 1 October, 2017.
Project end date: 30 September, 2019.
Financing: European Social Fund (POWR.03.04.00-00-d152/16-00)
