PRACE-4IP

STATUS: COMPLETED

Project PRACE - Fourth Implementation Phase (Partnership for Advanced Computing in Europe 4th Implementation Phase Project) is a continuation of projects PRACE-1IP, PRACE-2IP and PRACE-3IP. It developed the PRACE-RI European Research Infrastructure. It was co-financed by the European Commission under Horizon 2020 and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
The Wroclaw Centre for Networking and Supercomputing acted as Third Party of the Polish partner of the project - the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the PAS - PSNC.

WCSS has participated in tasks of working groups:
  •     WP4 Training
    • Tutorial plan: "Using HPC in the description of molecular spectra"
    • "Introduction to supercomputing: Computer Simulations in Chemistry"
    • "Introduction to supercomputing: Origins of Computational Chemistry"
  • WP5 HPC Commissioning and Prototyping
  • WP7 Applications Enabling and Support.
