The PRO e-mail service

WCSS offers an electronic mail system which is an alternative to commercial solutions. As a result, its users can be sure that their data is properly protected and not processed by the servers of large corporations.

The e-mail system offered by WCSS is:
  • A complete mail server solution available to users through intuitive interfaces, which make the system fast and easy to use.
  • Integrated groupwork software which allows instant access to both private and public information, such as global address books, calendars, tasks, notes and documents.
  • Antivirus and antispam monitoring of both incoming and outcoming mail.
  • Encapsulation of mail within the organization by one coherent infrastructure (the mail does not leave it, which effectively hinders the interception of data and interference in sent messages).
  • Encrypted connection which ensures the security of the transmitted data.
  • An option to create an e-mail alias using a form available on the website.
  • Access to e-mail via a web browser and an e-mail client.
  • Priv Chat and Team Chat functions (with video calls) – no hardware or software configuration required.
  • A backup function allowing long-term, safe access to the content of the e-mail box.
  • Public Cloud (under development).
